The AUMC Methodist Youth Fellowship will meet in the Stroud Building on Wednesday, March 19 at 6 p.m. to help pack for the Backpack Buddies.

After all the bags have been packed, the youth will go out for dinner as a group. Youth should bring money to cover the cost of their meal.

The Missions Committee is forming a new group called “Ins and Outs” to help members use their gifts, talents and time to identify and meet needs within the local community. The first meeting will be held Thursday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome!

Due to the possibility of inclement weather on Tuesday, the February Missions Dinner has been moved 6 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18 in the fellowship hall.

The meal will feature shrimp or chicken alfredo, and Rosa and David Marsh will provide special music.

The missions committee cooks and serves the meal, which includes a main dish, sides, desserts and drinks. There is no cost to attend the dinner but a suggested donation of $5 per person will go to support our missional giving.
